What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 10:00.

No problem. Use the PIN code we send you in advance to go straight to your room.

Can you hold my luggage?

During staffed hours (15:00–21:00), we can keep it at the front desk. Outside those hours, you can use the luggage space on the 1st floor, but please do not leave valuables or fragile items there.

Can I send luggage to the hotel in advance?

Yes, we can receive it (cash on delivery is not accepted). Please address it to the name on your booking and let us know in advance. We are unable to ship items from the hotel.

Is there a shower in the room?

Yes. Every room has a shower room and a toilet with a bidet seat.

Can I use the kitchen and tableware?

Of course. Plates, cups and cutlery are provided for the room's maximum capacity.

Can I get extra bedding?

We cannot add beds, but we can lend you blankets and summer quilts.

Is there housekeeping during my stay?

For stays of 4 nights or more, we provide light cleaning: bed making, rubbish collection and vacuuming.

Is breakfast included?

We do not serve breakfast. Please make use of your kitchen or the restaurants nearby.

Can I make coffee in my room?

Yes, every room has a coffee maker (details on coffee beans or capsules to be confirmed).

Can I get fresh towels?

Leave your used towels outside your door in the morning, and we will bring you fresh ones.

Can you book taxis or restaurants for me?

We are unable to make restaurant reservations for you, but we can help arrange a taxi during staffed hours.

We have hair irons, voltage converters, chargers, hangers, blankets, umbrellas, board games and more.
